my energy onlineHorry Electric’s new member service portal is open and ready for business.

“A link on our home page will soon be available, but we’re going ahead and are providing a link to our members through social media early this morning,” says Penelope Hinson, spokesperson for Horry Electric.  “We want members to be able to start exploring the new service and we need them to be able to use the online Account Lookup Tool to get their new account number.”

Additional details will be available throughout the morning.  “We hit a few technical difficulties late yesterday afternoon, but our office crew worked through the night to get them resolved,” says Hinson.  “We’re now waiting for the transition to be made on and we’ll let members know as soon as that is activated.”
