The link to the new MyEnergy Online portal was provided to members earlier this morning, but the link from horryelectric.com was not immediately available.
“There was an issue with our website host that has finally been resolved,” says Penelope Hinson, spokesperson for Horry Electric. “We sincerely apologize for the link not being up and running first thing this morning and for any inconvenience or confusion it may have caused.”
“It has been a bit of a frustrating process and there are still a couple of things that have to be worked out,” Hinson continues,” but they are sincerely committed to getting the issues taken care of for us and our members before the end of the business day.”
MyEnergy Online is clearly displayed on the left-hand side of Horry Electric’s home page. “We’ve checked the links and they are pointed to the correct content,” says Hinson.
As promised in earlier communications, an Account Lookup Tool is also avalailable on horryelectric.com. “The icon is located on the right-hand side of the page, just above the Together We Save’ icon,” Hinson points out.
“We’re excited about the new member service portal and hope members will find it easy to use,” says Hinson. adding that service representatives are also available by phone if members have questions.
Members are encouraged to look for additional details about MyEnergy Online that will be shared throughout the day.
